We are excited to welcome Ms. Samantha Allen to Team RESA! After graduating from Newnan High School, Ms. Allen earned a B.S of Mathematics from University of West Georgia before returning to Newnan High to teach math in 2009. Ms. Allen taught all levels of secondary math and helped implement several new curriculum maps. She earned a Master’s of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction and then finished her Education Specialist Degree with a concentration in Teacher Leadership from Lagrange College in 2011.
Ms. Allen currently lives in Newnan with her 9 year old son, Carson. She enjoys traveling and event planning. Ms. Allen is looking forward to joining the West Ga RESA team!


We are excited to welcome Mrs. Kellie Reed to Team RESA! Mrs. Reed was born and raised in Columbus, Georgia. She graduated from Columbus State University in 1992 and 1994, earning a B.S. in Middle Grades Education and a Master's Degree in Middle Grades Education respectively. In 1997, Mrs. Reed earned a Specialist Degree in Elementary Education from Troy State University.
In 1999, Mrs. Reed moved from the Muscogee County School District to Coweta County continuing to teach middle school reading and math for the next three years. In 2002, she became an elementary EIP teacher focusing on teaching remedial reading and math and writing and developing curriculum in Grades K-5.
Mrs. Reed is excited to have the opportunity to support other educators in the West Georgia RESA district in the area of K-5 mathematics.
